It's Show Time!

It's Show Time!

The 2014 Symphony Show House has been announced and so begins the work to transform this iconic architectural design into a show place you will not want to miss!

The Show House season kicks off on February 8th with the annual, "Gala:  A View to a Thrill" on the 18th floor penthouse of the Founders Tower. A VIP party will showcase the evening with a private cooking session by Top Chef Finalist, Josh Valentine, who is the Executive Chef of the George Prime Steak House located on the 19th floor of Founders Tower. A wide array of hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, wine and music by the Heather Nelson Trio was enjoyed by everyone. A Live and Silent Auction provided some exciting opportunities for those looking for that special Valentine for that special someone in their lives.

The design transformation began in mid-February and involved at least 15 talented local interior and exterior designers who are among the very best in their fields. The annual Preview Party takes place on March 2, 2014 and will provide a work-in-progress perspective of the penthouse along with an opportunity to speak with the designers while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Please join us for this special sneak peak.

The Symphony Show House is open to the public May 3 – May 18, 2014 and the anticipation from League members, designers, volunteers and the community has been overwhelming. This annual event is the Oklahoma City Orchestra League’s largest fundraiser in support of the Philharmonic and our award winning education programs.  Proceeds come from tour tickets, the tea room, the boutique, sales of items in the home, and from the catered special events customized for corporations and individuals. For additional information regarding Show House events, hosting corporate events, private parties, a very special Mother’s day treat or ticket purchases, you may visit our website at or call the OCOL office at 405-601-4245.

We look forward to seeing you there!
